NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday July 18'", 2002, at 7:05 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
Conditional Use Permit for a basement apartment for a couple.
The said property is located at 249 Mohawk, in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 368.5 feet South of the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 2, of
the Randall Indian Hills Estates Modification Plat of a Portion of Rigby Addition
to the City of Rexburg, as shown on the recorded plat thereof, and running thence
East 115 feet; thence South 90 feet; thence West 1 IS feet; thence North 90 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, will hear all
persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City
Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 17', 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

I, Terry T. Weatherston, being fust duly sworn, depose and
say, that I am the printer of THE STANDARD JOURNAL,
a 3 times a week newspaper printed and published 3 times a
week in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Notice of Public Hearing -- 249
Mohawk, a copy of which notice appears attached hereto,
was published in the regular and entire issue of supplement
issue thereof for Two consecutive issues, the fust
publication having been made on July 1, 2002 and the last
publication having been made on July 10, 2002.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal
specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least
two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county
