The said property is located at 249 Mohawk, in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 368.5 feet South of the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 2, of the Randall Indian Hills Estates Modification Plat of a Portion of Rigby Addition to the City of Rexburg, as shown on the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 115 feet; thence South 90 feet; thence West 1 IS feet; thence North 90 feet to the Point of Beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 17', 2002.
