The future plan is to construct two duplexes on the above legal description but initially
I'm requesting a conditional use permit for one (beautiful) duplex to be built on the
LDRl-zoned property.
Existing Use of Property
Vacant Land: weeds, garbage, dust, shrubs... field mice or some type of mice.
