NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday July 18`x, 2002, at 7:25 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding
Conditional Use Permit for an apartment.
The said property is located at 338 East Main Street, in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing One (1) rod West of the Northeast comer of lot Two (2), Block Two (2) of
the Rigby Addition to the City of Rexburg, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running
thence South Twenty (20) rods; thence East five (5) rods thence North Twenty (20) rods
thence West Five (5) rods to the place of beginning, being a part of Lots two (2) and
Three (3) of Block Two (2) Rigby Addition to Rexburg, Idaho.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 17" , 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

week in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Notice of Public Hearing -- 338 Fast
Main Street, a copy of which notice appears attached hereto,
was published in the regular and entire issue of supplement
issue thereof for Two consecutive issues, the first
publication having been made on July 3, 2002 and the last
publication having been made on July 12, 2002.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal
