NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, August 15, 2002, at 7:15 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
Conditional Use Permit for a parking area buffered with grass and trees.
The said property is located at 1090 South 2' East in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1
Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, Valley View Estates Subdivision No. 4, to the City of Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho, as shown on the plat recorded January 24, 2000, as Instrument No. 282203.
Parcel 2•
Part of the NEl/4SE1/4 of Section3l, Township 6 North, Range 40 E.B.M., Madison County,
Idaho, described as: Beginning at a point that is S. 00°14'35" E. 383.27 feet along the E. Section
line and S. 89°45'25" W. 326.92 feet to the NE corner of lot 4, Block 6 of Valley View Estates
Division No. 4 and S. 89°43'46" W. 140.04 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 4, from the El/4
comer fo said Section 31, and running thence S. 89°43'46" W. 192.36 feet; thence
S. 00016'14" E. 132.40 feet; thence S. 43°55'33" E. 132.89 feet; thence S. 87°15'03" E. 94.97 feet
to the W. Boundary line of Valley View Estates Division No. 4; thence along said W. Boundary
N. 01008'57" E. 233.62 feet to the point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on August 14, 2002.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.

I, Terry T. Weatherston, being first duly sworn, depose and
say, that I am the printer of THE STANDARD JOURNAL,
a 3 times a week newspaper printed and published 3 times a
week in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Notice of Public Hearing -- 1090
South 2nd East, a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue of
supplement issue thereof for Two consecutive issues, the
first publication having been made on July 29, 2002 and the
last publication having been made on August 12, 2002.
