Cry e. if wu Aaveo d;wr /;O , rQ �t �rgpO ,r i September 27, 2002 To Whom It May Concern: Il is our intent to write a proposed plan of action in regard to the residence located at 328 South, P West, Rexburg. We recently purchased this property in order to house students that are attending the Career Beauty College located on College Avenue in Rexburg. Currently, there are 3 students that reside at this residence, and in November, a 4`h student will also reside there. The house is completely finished upstairs and the basement has a large family room and one large bedroom. Currently, the downstairs bedroom is not being used because it doesn't yet have an egress window. We are quickly becoming familiar with the guidelines set forth by the City of Rexburg. We understand in order to house more than 4 students it is necessary to obtain a "Conditional Use Permit." This is the reason for our request. If issued a conditional use permit, we would like to put an egress window in the downstairs bedroom in order to utilize that room. We also understand the parking requirements that go along with housing more students. The property extends quite a distance in the back and will provide adequate parking spaces for the students that we would like to house there. The parking would be put in according to Rexburg codes and guidelines. Our next goal would be to finish the unfinished portion of the basement in order to supply housing for more students, a married couple, or family. We would do that according to Rexburg codes and will provide adequate parking for those tenants as well. This is the reason for requesting a conditional use permit.
