Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 26, Township 6
North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian monumented with a Brass Cap,

Southeast Quarter of said Section 26; thence West 2296.33 feet to a
point on the boundary of Summerfield, Subdivision, Division No. 6 and
the POINT OF BEGINNING and running along the boundary of
Summerfield Subdivision, Division No. 6 the next six courses:
1) thence southwesterly 157.22 feet along a curve to the left, of
