The Owners Certificate dos not show the correct owner. Proof of ownership will be required upon signature of the Examining Surveyor. This can be done with a Subdivision Guarantee provided from a title company of equal to. 2. Idaho Statutes, 50-1303, clearly states that "...exterior boundary where the boundary line changes direction shall be marked with magnetically detected monument the minimum size... ". All boundary corners will need to be monumented. 3. The symbol of the triangle will need to defined in the legend. 4. The four corners of the 5-plex units and the 3-plex units will require monuments, the interior lots of the units can reference to the outside corners. 5. The typical building layout shown on the site plan will encompass the entire lot which would make the overhang on the building outside of the lot. The lot size needs to increase to have the complete building inside the lot.
