The property located at Lemmon Lane (Parcel number-RPA00000192581) has an existing
foundation that was installed two to three years ago. The city is unable to locate the inspection
report on the foundation that was performed by the city's building inspector- The current
inspector has conducted an onsite visual inspection and found no visible defects. The city will
issue a building permit without warranty in regards to-the foundation. The builder wiil assume
all responsibility regarding the structurut int"gtity of the foundation' The foundation may need
modifications to briirg it cirnent standards. C.opy of the inspection report is attached to this
letter.
