The city is unable to locate the inspection report on the foundation that was performed by the city's building inspector- The current inspector has conducted an onsite visual inspection and found no visible defects. The city will issue a building permit without warranty in regards to-the foundation. The builder wiil assume all responsibility regarding the structurut int"gtity of the foundation' The foundation may need modifications to briirg it cirnent standards.
