*Barrier required at level of exit discharge (both stair wells). Gap at end of
guardrails is larger than 4 inches. No exit sign on 5th flr SE corner. Top tread
needs repair by door to lvl 2, SE stairs. Stair 2, lvl 1, "exit this floor" has exit sign
outside pointing to door. How are 2 exits accomplished for each tier (level of
protection for emergency exit out south stair?).
Rated shafts need to have rating protection at expansion joints. Tag on rated
door to SW utility,level 2, is missing (others painted over). SW utility rooms,
alarm cover still on (ongoing work creating dust?).

Fire rate gap in wall at all levels where it is required to be rated and weather
sealed at top level. Seal pvc pipe penetration South end top level. Fire rate
sprinkler penetration in garage wall & penetrations on rated wall in utility rooms
(all levels) and elevator shaft (B level). Seal pipe penetrations in fire riser room
at basement level. Stair exiting guard is at wrong level on North stairway.
Remove directional arrow on exit sign by West parking entrance. Finish painting
parking stalls and required pedestrian walkways including crosswalk & egress at
west entrance.
