FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Charlie Holmes and Jessica Holmes, husband and wife, of
4470 W. Sunset Blvd. #91835, Los Angeles, CA 90027, hereinafter called "Grantor"; do hereby
grant and convey, to Jlynn, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company with its principal place of
business located at 4470 W. Sunset Blvd. #91835, Los Angeles, CA 90027, hereinafter called
"Grantee".
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors have granted, and by these presents do grant and confirm
unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantors' interest in and to the
following described property located in Madison County, State of Idaho, to-wit:

A portion of Lot 6, Block 13 of the Parker Addition to the City of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, as shown on the recorded plat thereof further
described as:
A parcel of land in Madison County, State of Idaho, Township 6 North, Range
40 East of the Boise Meridian, Section 30, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 13 of the Parker Addition
to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho as per the recorded plat
thereof; thence S.00°15'02" E (Record=South) along the West line of said Lot
6 for a distance of 66 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N.89°44'58"E.
(Record=East) for a distance of 108.00 feet; thence S.00°15'02"E.
(Record=South) for a distance of 16.50 feet; thence S.89°44'58"W.,
(Record=West) for a distance of 108.00 feet to the West line of said Lot 6;
thence N.OO ° 15'02" W. (Record=North) for a distance of 16.50 feet to the true
point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
The West 108 feet of the South 10 feet of Lot 3, and the West 108 feet of the
North 66 feet of Lot 6, Block 13, of Parker Addition, to the City of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all water and water rights appurtenant to the premises.

estate, right, title and interest in and to said property, as well in law as in equity, of the Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises and the appurtenances unto the Grantee, and to
Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
