ceiling sprinkler in kitchen (102). Grade slope away from bldg. Landing/steps at
riser room. Sprinkler heads still covered (301). Patch ceiling in water heater
closet (203). Seal floor next to tubs.

Bottom west unit kitchen GFCI won't reset, middle unit on main level receptacle
in living room reverse polarity, under stair space not wired or sheetrocked,
upstairs unit bathroom-switches are together with fan and light-two switches(not
code violation just inconsistent), intersystem bonding termination required by
phone/TV location outside, A/C units have to large of breaker installed(20A with
15A max), riser room not done with sheetrock, electrical panel and fire alarm
panel, call for a re-inspect when ready.
