The following shall be shown on the Preliminary Plat: TThe name of the proposed subdivision The location Acreage Number of Lots _ The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the sub -divider or sub -dividers and the engineer or surveyor who prepared the plat. Z Streets — cross sections of proposed streets showing widths of roadway, curbs, locations and width of sidewalks and location and size of utility mains. Vehicular circulation: Streets, street names, rights-of-way, and roadway widths, including adjoining streets or roadways, curbs; central line profiles showing finished grades of all streets Streets and drainage way dedications Access and Transportation Pedestrian connections with adjacent properties I' Profiles of sanitary sewer, street drainage, drainage pre-treatment, storm water detention and water distribution systems, showing pipe size and location of valves and fire hydrants, all to conform to city and state standards and their estimated costs. %t Zoning requirements Special development issues (steep slopes, hazards, etc.) Design of lots meet code requirements Neighborhood collaboration Show sites proposed for parks, playgrounds, schools, churches or other public areas.
