One supply air above garage has R-value of 4.2 - must cover with attic insulation
to meet R-6 requirement. B-vent through main floor is in closet - needs clearance
protection from combustibles. One exhaust fan in bsmt bath - will need air
transfer opening between watercloset and shower area. Seal all new and future
penetrations in RA (Plumb & Elect not finished). One supply vent in bsmt is not
finished. Supply vent to garage? (see bldg insp for garage insulation
requirements).
