Approved to close the permit after blank cover is installed. They replaced 3 GFCI
receptacles in the kitchen and one in the bathroom upstairs, they also spliced a
wire in the basement bedroom where they cut it installing a window for egress,
need a blank cover installed in the trim of the window well junction box.
