Exterior wall openings meet the requirements of
IBC Section 705.8
* No openings are allowed with less than 3 feet
from property line - West wall cannot have any
openings as shown.
* A restrictive lot agreement tying the three lots
together has been submitted to Tawnya Grover.
This will allow the vestibule and windows on the
south adjacent to parking and connection
between the two buildings.
