YES Occupant load is identified on plans as per IBC Section 1004 Identify Occupant load REVISIONS Special Inspection Contractor is identified (IBC 1704.2.1) Who will be performing the required special inspections? REVISIONS 504 - Allowable height (Feet/Stories) 506 - Allowable area * Identify allowed area increases beyond the allowed 9,000 sf. (V-B construction, B occupancy, non-sprinklered) * Identify Fire walls and rating if applicable. REVISIONS Exterior wall openings meet the requirements of IBC Section 705.8 * No openings are allowed with less than 3 feet from property line - West wall cannot have any openings as shown. * A restrictive lot agreement tying the three lots together has been submitted to Tawnya Grover. This will allow the vestibule and windows on the south adjacent to parking and connection between the two buildings. REVISIONS Parapets meet the requirements of IBC Section 705.11 Pending revisions regarding any fire walls (check requirements of this section where it applies) REVISIONS Fire walls meet the requirements of IBC Section 706 Pending revisions identifying allowed building area and separation to adjacent building as required REVISIONS Penetrations comply with IBC Section 714 for rated assemblies Fire rating shall be maintained at all penetrations in fire rated walls. APPROVED Concealed spaces are fireblocked/draftstopped per Section 718 Fire blocking per IBC 718 will be approved based on inspection. APPROVED Use classification is identified as per IBC Section 302 B occupancy APPROVED Toilets, Bathing Facilities, Sinks, Kitchens and Drinking Fountains meet the requirements of IBC Section 1109 Be sure the drinking fountain closer to the Waiting area is the accessible fountain.
