History
For over 30 years the RPD & MCSO have been on separate RMS (Record management Systems) and CAD system (Computer Automated Dispatch)
We began using EFORCE in 2014. After much research.
Great Cost Savings and high quality product with excellent support.

When Sheriff Rick Henry came into office in 2016 He saw that there system was not effective and agreed with me that we needed to come together.
October 2019 Sheriff Henry finally got approval to go to EFORCE RMS / CAD
We had thought they would go in FY 2019 and there for had $30,000 budgeted which we did not spend but reverted back to the city.

Current Issues and Reasons
MCSO is moving forward with implementation of the new RMS/CAD system from EFORCE.
Current FATPOTS system and company going defunct and is not working.
Finally have chance to be ONE in communications after 30 years!!!

With new CAD we need to add the EFORCE Mobile app to take the place of FATPOTS.
