these should be grid numbers after the boundary description is corrected I can let you know what the
street should be.
* Does the boundary close, and the exterior dimensions match the boundary description on the plat?
Boundary description doesn't work either the P.O.B is wrong or the second call going east but this doesn't
work the way it is.
* Do the lot and block numbers uniquely identify the parcel and in sequence with adjoining phases is
applicable?
Please either remove the hash line for the Private lots or make it so the text can be read easily and label
the common area.
* Are the required signature blocks shown?
Owner's Certificate and Recorder's Certificate have wrong division number should be 7
* Is the owner dedication complete, and does the owner of record and/or mortgagee match the plat
dedication?
