Inspection scheduled for 1pm on small section on south end. Arrived early, but
already started pour (about 50% filled). Jacob, with Forsgren, was on site and
had inspected and found reinforcement to be good.

assembly does not have rated glass. No label on rated doors (104B, 112, 113C)-
Pre-Existing rated doors? Missing 2nd handrail and guardrail on stairs in tunnel
per plans. Exterior wall not finished around door to roof (door is also rated
without closer). Interior light in exit sign above door 113A is not working. Multiple
exterior doors are missing hardware. unprotected penetrations through rated wall
between boiler area and administrative area.
