Need to install ground rods at each building location, need to strap conduits at
each building and main meter location, need updated electrical plans from
engineer, need to cover holes in bottom of panel on modular unit, need ground
rods driven at main electrical service location, call for a re-inspect when ready.

Approved to be energized for permanent power-need to receive a revised set of
plans before finalling this permit for the available fault current calculation-all
items from prior inspection done.

Finish Vapor Barrier under buildings. Only 2 tie downs per double wide bldg at
opposite corners. (not per state standards - please submit engineering on anchor
system). Finish Handrails & Guardrails.
Supported by 8x8x16 CMU's at 6' o.c. on continuous footing 16" wide.

10/28/13 TD: Vapor Barriers & Handrail - talked with adviser (teachers) one was
working with plastic under building and the other with ramp and handrails.
Railing about finished just 2 returns and a piece of decking.
Plastic getting closer, still some areas not covered underneath and some plastic
not pulled to outside.
