Please indicate the location of your property on the map. Property Description - Attach a metes and bounds description describing the overall area to berezoned. o Description shall mathematically close. o Descriptions shall be provided for the perimeter of the total area for which a rezone is being requested; and for each zone (separate zoning classification) within said request. Descriptions shall identify a basis of bearing based upon two (2) known points from which the descriptions are based. Affidavit of Legal Interest: If you are the property owner’s agent, you are required to provide a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing submittal of this application. Commission recommendation is submitted to City Council. 12. Proposal is placed on City Council Agenda and read three times in City Council. 13. City map is updated.
