Div. 6 – About 90 homes have been built, and the clubhouse to start this fall. City’s
approval is needed. Phase still needs to be recorded. Irrigation ditch will run right
through the middle of the project and bury it. The canal will run under an existing road
and will be 30”. There will by low siphon pressure. This is a long system. The concern
is in the angle points and debris build up. Would it be better to put the canal in the utility
easement? 2’ fall with a 3’ push inside the pipe. Open-air system. Keith will review.
Can Dan send the AutoCAD & .pdf files digitally?
Div. 7 – No official construction drawings, yet. Final plat and construction drawing
approval needed; please submit to Tawnya.
Div. 8 – Preliminary Plat process. Temporary pond at the end of the turnaround? Keith
doesn’t see a problem with it. Infrastructure should all be on the preliminary plat.
Preliminary plat approval process needs a preliminary plat and a site plan.
CONCLUSIONS:

• City would like to see canal agreement.
• Prefer canal to not be under the street.
• Price needed for pressure sewer clean outs.
• Permission to cut road stub.
