TO VACATE THE PRINCETON CT STREET AND CUL DE SAC IN THE
CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: September 4, 2019 at 6:45 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg City Council, in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, to
vacate the street and cul de sac named Princeton Ct, Rexburg, Idaho, between S 1st E and S 2nd E. The street is shown as follows:

At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed street vacation. The City Clerk will also accept written comments
at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on September 3, 2019. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
