This layout looks good for the 4 parking spaces. Handicap stall will
not be required since it is only a duplex. The new 4-plex previously
shown, if permitted, will require a handicap parking space and type B
accessible units. Remember that parking shall be on a paved surface. As
I mentioned on the phone, tandem parking in a driveway is also
acceptable up to 4 spaces if you become interested in that option. Be
sure to follow up with Shauna on obtaining your permit for the duplex
when you are ready.
