REVISIONS Structural Docs identify snow, wind, seismic and other loads per IBC Chp. 16 NOTE: The Seismic Design Category D in the IBC does not have any sub-category, just D (be sure to use IBC criteria and not the IRC). * Received an email but no copy of a stamped letter on the closed storage building. REVISIONS Fire walls meet the requirements of IBC Section 706 3 hr Fire wall separation is not shown on plans. Same requirements apply based on building area even with the one side open. The fire walls shall have extend 18" beyond front of roof or have 4 ft extensions on either side per section 706.5.
