construction (not identified on plans):
* This building exceeds the allowable 9,000 sf
area without sprinklers (Enclosed storage
review).
* Fire walls added for complying building
separation (Enclosed storage review)
* New submitted open storage also exceeds
allowed area and is without firewall separation
(see notes on fire walls)
REVISIONS
Exterior walls meet the requirements of IBC
Section 705
* Closed storage buildings have required
exterior separation (approved)
* Open storage building's distance to property
line requires fire rating on both sides of exterior
wall adjacent to property line (open storage
units submitted after first review).

Structural Docs identify snow, wind, seismic and
