What I'm concerned with is that they do not specify where the outside storage will be, what specifically they plan on storing there, and more importantly the amount of space that they will be using. If it is not specific and over the years it gets bigger and bigger then we have nothing to fall back on. 3. The picture that was shown to us of the outside material didn't even do justice to what is really there. There are supplies and fences/gates that fill nearly that entire back parking lot and I felt like Jay was very unclear to the committee and even not willing to commit that these materials would now be on the inside of the new building. Currently, if much of the materials on the outside of the building will remain on the outside, there would literally be nowhere for vehicles to drive around the back of the building as displayed on the new plans. My thought on this is: I am not opposed to some of their materials being on the outside, but I feel like they need to give more details and specifics of what materials they are keeping outdoors and the amount of outside space they plan to utilize. Second, I thought there would be something more substantial on the back of the building? I do like the two windows. Is that the substitute for signage? I would like to hear your thoughts.
