Roost, building 3. This permit has not been closed due to uncompleted inspections. A temporary occupancy was approved in January 2018, with some items to be completed for a final occupancy
certificate. Planning & Zoning final was waiting for the site work to be completed in the spring but no re-inspection request was ever made and a follow up was missed by our department.
The building final also had some corrections not yet inspected for approval. A copy of the Building and P&Z final inspections has been included with this letter. Call me as soon as
