COMPLETED All rebar is tied in place with proper lap?COMPLETED Rebar is correct size and is located as per plans?COMPLETED Rebar is held a minimum of 3" above soil and 2 " form sides of forms? COMPLETED Vertical bar that is to be "stabbed" is present and has proper bend? COMPLETED Building location matches drawings and meets P&Z setbacks. COMPLETED Reber or copper of 20 ft length minimum is installed and extended above foundation for attaching and grounding the building's electrical system.
