5.Can an existing tower be utilized more fully?
6.How will the visual impact be minimalized?
7.Will the placement of the tower avoid potential damage to adjacent properties?
8.Does the placement of the towers comply with district development regulations?
9.Will the lighting plan have mini mal disturbance to surrounding views and neighborhoods?
10.Does the tower meet federal government regulations? (Compliance must be constantly obtained.)
11.Does the tower comply to state or local building codes?
12.Will the buildings and support equipment comply with the development code?
13.What is the proposed ingress and egress?
