1. Curb, gutter and sidewalk has not been completed to East parcel line.
2. No storz adapter on fire hydrant.
3. Lights on building need aimed down.
4. Parking lot needs painting as discussed a month ago.
5. Meter lid near 892 needs raised.
6. Lid needs rotated by 900 to allow valves to be accessible from top and gravel in bottom.
7. Concrete collars required in street for water valves and manholes.
8. Patch by fire hydrant is low.
9. Patch and curbing low at west end.
10. Trash enclosures do not have bollards installed.
