-Stairs are not to code. winder stairs can not jog in 6" and then start the 6" as
stated in the code. the 6" must start at the inside wall and then go in 12" and at
that point their has to be a measurement of 10" from the front of one tread to
the back of that same tread.
-Anchor bolts needed 6" from the ends of walls at all corners and from edges of
doors. The walls near the front entry have no anchor bolts in them at all. Check
all exterior walls.
-Interior bearing wall also need anchor bolts.
-Tempered glass needed in window at the bottom of the stairs
