Missing backing for grab bars in ADA bathroom. Both stairs do not comply with
riser height (7" max) or tread depth (11" min - nose to nose). Handrails require
extension at top and bottom which must return to a wall or post (be sure framing
will accomodate such a handrail design). Anchor bolts required in all bearing wall.
Floor truss bearing on single top plate (by steel columns North side) should be
centered over stud (1" tolerance). Please submit floor truss manufacturer
information for approved lateral bracing methods.
Any special inspection done for slab pour or steel erection? No interior footing
inspection scheduled with city & some steel connections covered with insulation.

Anchor bolts required on all interior bearing walls but were only found on dividing
wall between offices and warehouse. Stairs not yet done. Floor trusses require
bracing on bottom chords if no ceiling is installed on bottom chord. Floor trusses
need verification from designer if lateral bracing is required or not at bearing
points (asked Ryan with JRW for letter regarding lateral bracing). Reschedule
when all is ready.
