Submittal Requirements
Pre-application conference with staff prior to the submittal of this application.
A vicinity map showing the relationship of the proposed plat to the surrounding area (½ mile min. radius)
Legal description of the subdivision (please attach).
Title Report or proof of ownership of the tract of land being platted.
(If the applicant is not the owner, then, in addition, a notarized Affidavit of Legal Interest will need to be submitted.)
A statement of the intended use of the proposed subdivision (Ex: Residential single family, Commercial, etc.)
A site plan
Covenants, Conditions and Regulations
Four (4) copies of the application and all supporting documents will be needed (Four (4) 24”x36” copies of final plat)
Digital .pdf copy of application and all supporting documents submitted to the Planning & Zoning office

The attached Subdivision plan has been prepared in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Rexburg, and
the items needed for review are shown on the plan or plans, or explanations given with respect thereto. All applications that
are complete will be processed with due diligence and will be scheduled, dependent upon availability, for an upcomingagenda.

The

The name of the proposed subdivision
The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the sub-divider or sub-dividers and the
engineer or surveyor who prepared the plat.
The location by section, township, range & County
Legal description of the exterior boundary and excepted parcels by dimension and
bearing
Scale, north arrow and date of preparation
Cardinal point
Acreage Number of Lots
Street names, right-of-way lines, courses, lengths, widths of all public street, alleys,
pedestrian ways and utility easements; radii, points of tendency and central angles of all
curvilinear street and alleys, and radii of all street line intersections.
Access to neighboring parcels
Subdivision and street names
Boundary description matches exterior dimensions
Show adjoining landowners
Curve and line tables, calls, etc. for all lots and open spaces
Lot and block numbers identify the parcel
Lot lines and blocks showing the dimensions and numbers of each.
Easements with statement of location, dimensions, and purposes

SUBMIT DEVELOPMENT DRAWINGS WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Profiles of sanitary sewer, street drainage, drainage pre-treatment, storm water detention and water distribution
systems, showing pipe size and location of valves and fire hydrants, all to conform to city and state standards and their
estimated costs.
