Buffering/landscaping requirements REVISIONSA minimum 10' buffer strip is required between
parking areas and the public right-of-way. A
landscape plan is required that identifies the
buffer strips including the bushes and trees as
per the Development Code.
Trees are shown, however, a minimum of 1 tree
and 5 bushes per 30 lineal feet are required to
buffer parking areas from the street. (See
3.02.100. for minimum sizes)

Meaningful area for snow storage for the
parking lot other than city right of way must be
identified. Is the current plan to air lift it to the
large area to the West?

parking areas. No new handicap parking stalls
are identified on plans submitted 06.04.19.

of which must be van accessible.
