5.Has agreement for road widening and sidewalks been signed by both parties?
6.What is black pipe on East end for? (French drain to be installed by June 1)
7.Trash enclosure detail is for 2 dumpsters not 1.( Try 1 but acknowledge
possible need for 2 and will increase if necessary)
8.Gravel on North side? (May not happen)
9.Right of way needs to be deeded to City on 2000 S and 12th W. and 15 ft
utility easements along perimeter of parcel.

11/23/16: Penetrations in top & bottom plates in non-rated walls are sealed with
"fire block" foam and are not fire rated as instructed previously. Only the two
walls inside sleeping units require fire caulking at top and bottom plate
penetrations upstairs and top plates on first floor.
Exterior walls and corridor are approved for cover. Call for inspection of fire
caulking.
