Dear Mr. Zollinger,
As a follow up to our discussion on May 21, 2019, multiple efforts have been made in attempt to receive
the necessary approvals and signatures required to record the Hemming Village Division No. 1 plat as
prepared by Eagle Rock Engineering, dated December 10, 2018.
The purpose of this correspondence is to assure you that I will personally continue to follow up with the
pertinent parties, including the Pines lender, in pursuit of securing the required plat approvals in order
that it may be recorded. Not only do I understand the importance of resolving this issue from the City's
perspective, but also it is a very high priority to us and our lenders who are also pushing for its
resolution. In short, this matter will remain a high priority and will be pursued to completion.
I will keep you updated on our progress.
