The legal description doesn't work I believe the point of beginning is incorrect because it doesn't draw in the right
place or some of the calls are wrong.

Kartchner Homes has always been good about keeping their landscaping in good shape.

the special effects agreed upon been included on the plans?
Not part of this phase.

plat meet the conditions of the preliminary plat and/or Preliminary Master Plan?
This part of the Master Plan was left blank for future design.
