WHEREAS, Grantor is the qualified Personal Representative of said estate, filed as Case Number CV 11-18, in Madison County, Idaho; and THEREFORE, for valuable consideration received, Grantor quitclaims, transfers and conveys to Grantees as tenants in common the real property situated in Madison County, Idaho, described on the attached Exhibit A. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. EXECUTED this 18'h day of July, 2011.
