NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: June 6, 2019 at 6:35 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, (#19 00278) to rezone various Urban
Renewal and City of Rexburg owned properties from various zones to Mixed Use (MU) or Public
Facilities (PF) in the City of Rexburg, Madison County.

At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 5, 2019. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
