This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies
that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed
was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and
the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.

There shall be no further change in the existing occupancy classification of the building nor shall any structural
changes, modifications or additions be made to the building or any portion thereof until the Building Official has
reviewed and approved said future changes.
1. Landscaping is incomplete.
2. Handicap parking signage will be posted when landscaping is done.
3. Site address to be posted somewhere easily visible from street. Signage intended in landscaped area with
address numbers.
4. Grade away from building; 6" slope in first 10'
5. Advil drawings are needed for the way the plumbing was installed.
6. Water line is too small to supply the sprinkler system and the plumbing to the clubhouse. Water line to the
clubhouse has not been inspected. Water line will need dug up to make sure that it is installed to code.
7. The water meter needs to be brought up to grade and installed according to city standards.
8. The backflow device for the sprinkler system will need to be installed to where the backflow device is 12 in.
higher then the highest sprinkler head.
9. Need to fix the tracer wire on the main water line running to the building.
10. Storm drainage swale has not been constructed.
11. Street 2nd S. asphalt needs to be repaired after sewer tie in.
12. Development Agreement needs to be signed.
