They will make sure that mud will be cleaned off the road. Mike is removing houses off of Arbor Cove too. The challenge of the property value was repeated. The City made a mistake and should not have gone to a Design Review Board before the Development Review was completed. The process was not followed as it should be. 10’ setback requires commercial design standards. Mixed Use makes it so that it feels like you are inviting pedestrians in, instead of looking at the back of the building. This is street-oriented in planning, and in building it is ground-floor prominence. The Clear Site Triangle was discussed. The design is on paper right now; it is easy to change. The parking area cannot block the snow storage. Show snow storage on the plan, so it is not blocked by parking spaces. A snow removal plan is possible. The fire standpipe needs to show on the plans. The lot combination has been completed. Dave will get Tawnya a copy of the recorded document. 6 parking spaces are needed above what they have. Those parking spaces will need to show on the plans. A minimum of 4’, normally 5’ for pedestrian access from the West parking in front of garages to the sidewalk. The garbage truck needs a right-hand pick-up. Some shrubs have been torn out that were intended to stay. The plans need to go back to the architect and engineer and design to comply with code requirements.
