2. The zone is compatible due to the surrounding uses and the proximity to campus and the downtown area.
Public Works
1. The storm drainage will have to be handled on site.
2. A traffic impact study will need to be completed once the development size is determined.
3. A study is underway for another development to determine the remaining capacity in the sewer line.
