The north and west set backs off the property lines are correct. My concern is
that the plot plan measurements are different than the foundation
measurements. Plot plan is 27' x 41' the foundation measurements are 25' 11"
x 39' x 39' 11" The minimum for set backs on the side yard is 5' or 6" over
you get 1 foot of height to the wall height. You are good to dig the foundation.

Forms and re-bar all looked good. You are OK to pour the concrete. Sam I was
looking over your basement foundation plan and noticed that there is a footing
that is missing for the stairway wall on the Kitchen side. It can be poured with
the floor but it does need to be there. If you have any Questions call me at

This inspection failed mainly because the framing is to be inspected after the
plumbing, electrical and the Heating are cone and inspected. I looked over the
framing and it does look good at this time. Sam when the plumbing, electrical
and the heating is all completed then you will need to call in for a framing
inspection again. Thanks

downs for the duct work. The Insulators only did some of the areas. Make the

The screws are all good, and the sheet rock is all good also. The ceiling in the
mechanical room steel needs to have the B vent installed before being taped.
Also something will need to be done around the sides and back of the furnice
duct on the ceiling.

The sheet rock looks a lot better, but there are steel areas that will need to be
fire caulked and covered some how to make a complete seal on the ceiling. Also
the B vent for the water heater steel needs to be finished correctly. You will have
