Verify approval with Public Works. The request for a parking stall at south end used for turn around may provide solution for dumpster pick-up. Public works will look into this possibility.The turnaround space may need to be a little wider than a parking space. *Revisions Response : Amount of Permeable vs. Non-Permeable Surface REVISIONS20% of lot shall be maintained in landscaping.
