There are things that will need to be completed before we can pass of for the full C.O. The back step will need to be built with a 3' landing, the bearing walls need to be bolted down as per IRC R403.1.6.1 and the front porch post needs to be finished. The grading needs to be done, one section of side walk needs to be poured, and washed gravel in the window wells.
