Record number is communicated to Planning & Zoning Summerfield PUD Master Plan Amendment application We are requesting an amendment to the Summerfield PUD master plan. The area in which we are requesting to change is the 8.18 acres directly north of the 3.73 acre central park. This area is the densest area of the Summerfield PUD. We are requesting that 114 town homes be allowed to be constructed. 114 townhomes on 8.18 acres means that there would be just shy of 14 units per acre. The design of the townhome we wish to build is extremely efficient and allows for a large portion of the ground to be left as open space. As drawn there is 3.54 acres of open space or over 1350 square feet per unit. 43.38% of the gross acreage will remain outside of buildings and paving areas. Each unit will have an attached 2 car garage, there is 61 additional parking stalls for visitors. The ally load design makes is so the front side of the building faces the city roads. Additionally there is a large green scape area in front of each unit. This provides both a great curb appeal to the owners and a pleasing street scape for others.
