Special Conditions The special conditions are as follows:
The individual spaces need to be marked with cones to keep construction workers from
parking there. When work on the North building starts, you need to have candles with
rope to separate construction traffic from residence. Parking lot needs to be paved along
with the sidewalks and curbing on 4th W by May 30th 2019. Carports need to be built after
pavement is placed. Grading of the dirt and landscaping needs to be completed in early
spring. The water meter will need to be looked at for final grade and to make sure the
main clean out for the sewer line has the clearance necessary.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code,
certifies that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the
date listed was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of
occupancy and the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
