* exterior landing at door to storage closet on west side of addition will be
allowed to have a step up to threshold based on an exception in 1003.5.
* Landing to have no more than 2% slope.
Inspector Comments:
* Sidewalk at east entrance door of addition and at the handicap parking access
may not exceed 8% slope as a ramp with 2% maximum cross slope and will not
require a handrail where it does not exceed 6 inches of rise.
* Landing is required at threshold of building entrance and at sidewalk
intersections.
