ORDINANCE NO. 1208
Rezone Approximately 250 East to 450 East, Rexburg, Idaho to Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN
REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter
described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#18 00701) to rezone the property at approximately 250 East to 450 East from Community
Business Center (CBC) to Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The said property is located at approximately 250 East to 450 East in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description:
Parcel 1:
Lot 1 of the Grover Subdivision, Section 20, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho.
Parcel 2:
A parcel of land beginning at a point that is S 00°14’15” E along the Section line 794.00 feet and N 89°31’43” E 675.00 feet from the NW corner of Section 20, Township 6 North, Range
40 East, B.M., Madison County, Idaho; running thence N 89°31’43” E 315.00 feet; thence S 00°14’15” E 200.00 feet; thence N 89°31’43” E 330.00 feet; thence N 00°14’15” W 340.00 feet;
thence 89°31’43” 645.00 feet; thence S 00°14’15” E 140.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the
City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication.
