Legal Description: Commencing at a point 44.5 feet East of the NW corner of lot 1, block 21 of the Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 59 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence West 59 feet; thence North 110 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and "Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. Please sign the list in the lobby to ensure you are permitted to speak. 2. The applicant will come forward, providing his/hex name and residential mailing address for the record and the Commission will ask clarifying questions of the applicant. 3. The members of the Commission "nay ask Staff about anything they feel will help clatify the proposal. 4. The public hearing will be opened by the chairman. At this time, the public may testify to the Commission their views for this proposal. 5. The cha rman will officially recognize the speaker.
