Legal Description: Commencing at a point 44.5 feet East of the NW corner of lot 1, block 21 of the Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 59 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence West 59 feet; thence North 110 feet to the point of beginning.
