NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Headna: November 02, 2017 at 6:35 pm to be held before the
Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission (#17 00537) to rezone the
property at approximately 104 S. 2nd E. as listed by the following legal
description from Medium Density One (MDRI) to Mixed Use (MU).
Also, (M17 00531) Conditional Use Permits for Reduced Parking and
Dormitory Housing on said property.
Commencing at a point 33 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot
1 in Block 50 of City of Rexburg, Madison county, Idaho, as per the
recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 297 feet; thence South
196.25 feet; thence West 165.25 feet; thence South 17.75 feet; thence
West 132 feet; thence North 214 feet to the point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all
persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such
-proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments
at City Hall prior to 4:06 p.m. on November 1st, 2017. This notice is
given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and
67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
