Also, (M17 00531) Conditional Use Permits for Reduced Parking and Dormitory Housing on said property. Commencing at a point 33 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 50 of City of Rexburg, Madison county, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 297 feet; thence South 196.25 feet; thence West 165.25 feet; thence South 17.75 feet; thence West 132 feet; thence North 214 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such -proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:06 p.m. on November 1st, 2017.
